Refund policy

How refunds work for the Managed plan.

Last updated 6 November 2026.

Free trial#

The Managed plan starts with a free trial. Nothing is charged during it. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Your first payment#

If the Managed plan is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and you will get all of it back. You don't have to give a reason.

Renewals#

You can ask for a refund of a renewal within 14 days of that payment. Refunds of renewals are for payments you did not mean to make, such as forgetting to cancel. For yearly plans, a refund ends the subscription.

After a refund#

A refund ends your subscription, and with it your access to the managed network. Your configuration is not deleted.

How to ask#

Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds are processed by Paddle:

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show them.

Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law, including any right to cancel where you live.
